1. Do you offer consultation?

Yes, consultations come at a fee.

2. What are your rates and payment options?

For details on our rates, please call our landline or message any of our correspondents. Payment can be made via bank transfer, mobile money (MoMo)

3. How do you ensure the safety and well-being of your clients?

All caregivers are certified by the relevant Ghanaian health authorities. Background checks and professional training in Ghana Health Service (GHS) standards are mandatory for all staff. Strict hygiene and infection control measures in line with GHS and WHO guidelines. Regular supervision and periodic health assessments for clients. A structured reporting system for incidents or changes in client health.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may attract a service charge unless due to a medical emergency. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5 to 7 working days.

5. How do you handle emergencies?

All caregivers receive first aid and basic life support training under GHS guidelines. Emergency cases are immediately reported to the nearest government or private health facility for further care. We have a direct hotline for urgent medical situations, ensuring swift response and coordination with emergency services such as the National Ambulance Service (NAS).
